Important Notice

These Terms of Service govern your use of JDTC's e-commerce management services, including services provided through Amazon's Selling Partner API (SP-API). Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using JDTC Co., Ltd.'s services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services. These Terms apply to all clients, partners, and users of our e-commerce management platform.

2. Description of Services

JDTC provides the following e-commerce management services to Amazon sellers and global brands:

  • International sales consulting and market entry strategy
  • Full-service Amazon store management via SP-API integration
  • Official Amazon Brand Store setup and management
  • Digital marketing services (viral, influencer, social media)
  • Product design, photography, and A+ content creation
  • Translation and localization services
  • Fulfillment and logistics services (FBA preparation)

Our services are provided through integration with Amazon's Selling Partner API (SP-API). We access your Amazon seller data only with your explicit authorization and solely for the purpose of providing the agreed services.

3. Amazon SP-API Authorization

To provide our services, you may be required to authorize JDTC to access your Amazon Seller Central account through Amazon's SP-API. By granting this authorization:

  • You confirm that you are the authorized account holder or have permission to grant access
  • You authorize JDTC to access only the data necessary for the agreed services
  • You understand that you can revoke this authorization at any time through Amazon Seller Central
  • You acknowledge that JDTC will handle your data in accordance with Amazon's Data Protection Policy

4. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about your business and products
  • Comply with Amazon's Seller Policies and applicable laws
  • Maintain valid Amazon seller account credentials
  • Promptly notify JDTC of any changes to your account or business
  • Not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Pay all fees as agreed in your service contract

5. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and materials created by JDTC for your account remain the property of JDTC until full payment is received, after which ownership transfers to the client as specified in the service agreement. JDTC retains the right to use anonymized case studies and performance data for marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary business information shared during the course of the service relationship. This includes but is not limited to sales data, marketing strategies, product information, and customer data.

7. Limitation of Liability

JDTC's liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim. JDTC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, arising from the use of our services or Amazon marketplace changes beyond our control.

8. Service Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, JDTC will:

  • Revoke all SP-API access to your Amazon account
  • Return or delete all client data within 30 days
  • Provide a final report of all activities conducted
  • Transfer all account credentials and assets to the client

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through the courts of Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do, Korea.
